Disciplinary Records are collated for each club in each match played under the competitions control.

From time to time the records maybe ammended, for example if a player appeals against a Red card and is found "not proven" then the card is rescinded on these records.

Matches in other competitions are not collated as we have no effective way of collecting this information.

We do not keep records regarding which individual players collect the most cards, or which referees issue most cards etc.

Disciplinary fines, admin charges and appeals are dealt with by clubs parent County FA's. The league rarely concerns itself with discipline except where an offence maybe regarded as having bought the competition into disrepute, when additional charges can be made against a club and/or player(s).

Listings are made in order of the fewest points first as we believe the "leading club" is the 1 with the fewest cards, not the most. It should be born in mind that the statistics are upto and including the latest update, some clubs will have played more or less matches than the others on that date.

Finally, we are greatful to the Sponsorship of Cornish Homes (UK) Ltd for providing prize money of 1,500 for the most sporting clubs. The best club in each division will receive 300 and the runner-up in the division 200. The club with the best overall record in the league will additionally receive the Sporting Cup.

The FA disciplinary system used by all County FA's works on the following system of points :

Cautions (Yellow cards) irrespective of which offence :  1 Point

Sending Offs (Red Cards) : Depending on the offence a Red card equals 2, 3 or 4 points. For the purpose of consistency all Red Cards listed above are assumed to be worth 3 points

There are, rarely, more serious offences that a County FA can order extra points for, these include : Assaults on other players, Assaults on Match Officials, Refusing to leave the field of play, misconduct that causes a match to be abandoned.

Any offence that has an act of discrimination on the grounds of colour, ethnic origin, disability, religion, sex or sexual orientation will result in the normal points issued being doubled.

Totting up suspensions, for example 5 cautions in a season, do not activate additional points.
